Adamo Group’s mechanical demolition of the abandoned Hangar 715 is under way at the DTW Airport. The project involves removal and closure of underground fuel tanks, some asbestos and universal waste removals, along with building demolition and site restoration. The abandoned hangar building requires the use of our specialized high reach demolition equipment and is specifically challenging due to its proximity to the active airfield and adjacent buildings.
